My kids bike bell was broken and for some reason, I had to fix it and not throw it away or buy a new one. My friend ask my why fix it if it cost 5$ to get a new one. It’s a good question but it’s in my DNA to repair things.
I had to scan the gear with photocopier and trace it in Solidworks, then you print and iterate since getting those teeth and dimension did not work on first try.
